Is the discount truly permanent?

Yes. Verification attaches the discount to your Resilion account for the lifetime of the account. Revocation only happens if an admin finds the verification invalid.

What evidence do I need?

Any one of: DD-214, VA award letter, or DD Form 2566 / registration confirmation. We hash and store only the document reference — the original bytes are kept in your secured uploads for the review window.

How long does review take?

Typically 2-3 business days. You'll receive an email — and your status badge updates — as soon as the review completes.
