Audit log access

Resilion's audit chain is a tamper-evident SHA-256 hash chain anchored to a daily signed root. We publish aggregate counts (rows, distinct actors, retention window, signed-root cadence) so an enterprise reviewer can verify cadence and scope without a customer data export. No per-row or per-user data leaves this endpoint.
