Resilion · Pricing

Three tiers, one transparent record of truth.

Resilion publishes a Founding Member tier (limited to the first 20 organizations), a standard Annual tier with the full Resilion record, and a Contract tier for large-scale operations. Pricing is published per tier — apply through a short intake and we reply within one business day.

From a printed estimate to a published rate

Same record. New tier above it.

Filed before: a printed estimate on the dashboard with the GPS tablet pinned to the asset. Filed today: the same record, on the same timeline, with the published rate alongside the next-of-kin notification and the contractor's mark-up. The hierarchy of trust doesn't change. The paper does.

Veteran Program

Resilion is permanently discounted for veterans

Verified veteran-owned businesses receive a permanent 50% published discount on the Annual tier, and verified veteran individuals receive free accounts. The discount is anchored to the account for its lifetime and appears on every verified profile.

FAQ

Pricing — frequently asked questions

How is pricing structured across tiers?
Each tier is published independently. Founding Member rates are locked in for the lifetime of the founding organization. Annual rates publish annually and apply to all subscriptions renewed in that year. Contract tier pricing is quoted on intake — claim volume, geography, and service-level requirements shape the quote.
Is the Founding Member tier really limited?
Yes — Founding Member is closed once the first 20 organizations are onboarded. After that, only Annual and Contract tiers are available. Organizations that join Founding Member keep the published Founding Member rate for the lifetime of the subscription, even after public pricing rolls forward.
How does the Veteran Program discount interact with Founding Member and Annual?
Verified veteran-owned businesses receive a permanent 50% published discount on the Annual tier. The discount stacks with whatever negotiated Founding Member rate your organization already holds — your effective rate is whichever is lower.
When can I expect a reply to my pricing inquiry?
Every pricing inquiry is reviewed by a Resilion operator and answered by email within one business day. Founding Member and Annual inquiries route to the standard inquiry queue; Contract inquiries route to the enterprise queue and typically need a short follow-up call to scope.
Do you offer a free trial or a pilot?
Resilion Responds activations are free for 90 days for qualifying municipalities, relief organizations, and government emergency managers. Outside an activation, pricing is paid from day one — Resilion runs as a published record-of-truth service rather than a freemium tool.
