One room, four parties

Coordinate the EOC, the bench, and the field crews on one record

A municipality, a relief organization, an insurer, and a prime contractor are all working off the same activated timeline — each party's own annotations, each party's own audit chain. Nothing leaves the room on a thumbdrive.

Multi-stakeholder coordination during an incident response — emergency operations center with on-call teams.

Who is eligible for Resilion Responds?
Municipalities (city, county, parish), recognized relief organizations, and government emergency managers operating in a declared disaster area for which Resilion has activated a response.
How long does access last?
Each activation is for 90 days from the declared date. Operators can close an activation early when the disaster response is concluded; in that case we email the contact on file.

How is a request reviewed?
A Resilion operator confirms that the activation is live for the region and event you listed and that the requestor is a recognized municipality, relief organization, or government emergency manager. You will receive a confirmation email within one business day.

The first 72 hours, kept on the timeline

Damage sweep, before insurance, before internal review

A short post-event sweep from the activation-day crew. Each frame stays pinned to the GPS pin and the next claim package. Insurers and government liaisons see the activation set before any internal report is written — the timeline still answers its own dates.
